In anticipation of the premiere of the LEGO Movie spinoff LEGO Batman Movie, star Will Arnett is wrapping up his months-long international press tour, which inevitably involves a few radio appearances complete with ridiculous morning zoo crew antics. But, while stopping BBC Radio 1’s Matt Edmondson Show, Arnett took what sounds like an overly complicated Whose Line game and turned it into an impressive feat of improv comedy.
In a segment aptly titled AlphabetiCall, Arnett was asked—or maybe forced is more accurate—to prank call a local toy store in character as LEGO Batman and for some reason had to start each sentence with the next letter of the alphabet. Perhaps more impressive than finding a suitable word for odd letters like Q and X, is the fact that Arnett was able to keep the store clerk on the line for the entirety of the bit. Though, to be fair, no one would dare hang up on Batman. Not even LEGO Batman.
