Variety reports that Grammy-nominated R&B singer Trey Songz was arrested in Detroit last night, after following up on threats to go “the fuck crazy” after the venue he was performing at decided to cut his mic. (He had reportedly gone over his allotted time for his headlining set at the Joe Louis Arena.) Video of the incident shows the “Heart Attack” singer pulling down equipment, hopping into the crowd, and throwing objects across the stage as security guards try to corral him away. One of the thrown objects reportedly hit a Detroit police officer in the head.

The artist—whose most recent album was 2014’s Trigga—reportedly spent the evening in the the Detroit Detention Center, on charges of resisting and obstructing, as well as malicious destruction of property.
