Although they say that any publicity is good publicity, particularly when it pertains to creating an air of forbidden fruit around your forced defecation horror film, Human Centipede director Tom Six isn’t particularly happy about the British Board Of Film Classification’s recent ban of his upcoming sequel, just because of a little sandpaper masturbation and barbed-wire-aided rape. And according to a statement Six emailed to Empire, most of his disappointment stems from the fact that those details are now out there in the media ether, thereby totally ruining the story that is so crucial to one’s enjoyment of Human Centipede II. Here is that response, which features Six’s own self-censorship of the F-word, which is apparently where he draws the line:

Thank you BBFC for putting spoilers of my movie on your website and thank you for banning my film in this exceptional way. Apparently I made an horrific horror-film, but shouldn't a good horror film be horrific? My dear people it is a f****cking MOVIE. It is all fictional. Not real. It is all make-belief. It is art. Give people their own choice to watch it or not. If people can't handle or like my movies they just don't watch them. If people like my movies they have to be able to see it any time, anywhere also in the UK.”

Of course, we already knew that Tom Six doesn’t appreciate loose lips. Get it? Because he sews lips to assholes, like in the movie! [via /Film]
