A handful of bands like Belle & Sebastian and Sleater-Kinney have already announced albums for 2015, but now we’ve got our first real legacy act: Bob Dylan has confirmed that he’ll release a new album at some point next year. Called Shadows In The Night, the record could be mostly covers, like the version of Sinatra’s “Full Moon And Empty Arms” that Dylan released earlier this year. It could also be a bunch of new Dylan songs, or a bunch of songs made up of goats bleating something that sort of approximates what “Lay Lady Lay” sounds like. With Dylan, it’s anyone’s guess until the hard information really gets out there. Either way, Shadows In The Night should be in stores and available online at some point next year.
