If you’re one of the many insatiable Rick And Morty fans who patiently waited actual years for a solid return date, Adult Swim brings great news: the hit show makes its mighty return November of this year. The network recently made the official announcement public via their official Twitter page, complete with a short animated clip of the pair dropping the news with as much excitement as they could believably muster. The video originally aired during WarnerMedia’s upfronts presentation.

The new season will premiere over two years after the show signed off in October of 2017, making this their longest hiatus to date. The return will kick off their hefty 70-episode order, an honor that could only be bestowed upon one of the network’s most popular shows.

Will this eventually signal the return of McDonald’s Szechuan dipping sauce? For the sake of innocent McDonald’s employees everywhere, we sincerely hope not. But the return of the Smiths’ family therapist, Dr. Wong? That’s potentially exciting. We’ll be sure to update with a solid return date as soon as one becomes available.
