The Avengers are over it. For what feels like months now, the cast has been paraded through junkets and forced to endure the cruel whims of Jimmy Fallon’s writing staff, be it through exhausting musical parodies or an onslaught of questions they’re not allowed to answer. Now, with Endgame in theaters and their obligations ending, the cast has given the hell up. Just look at this new clip from Wired, in which Chris Hemsworth, Danai Gurira, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johannson, and Don Cheadle fart their way through the most-Googled questions about the Marvel universe, proving just how much this shit is a job for them.

What are the infinity stones? “Christmas decorations,” Hemsworth cracks. What is the purple infinity stone? “Not the yellow one,” says Cheadle. What are Captain Marvel’s powers? “All of them,” Johannson sighs. What is Thanos? How did Thanos get the power stone? Why was Red Skull in Infinity War? Who knows. They don’t care. They don’t care. Can Captain Marvel defeat Thanos? “Sure,” Renner says, his eyes glassy and sinking, “why not?”

We’d like to think the gang is as into the MCU’s mythology as much as the rest of us freaks, but they aren’t. They don’t care. They say lines and bring us joy and go home to their mansions to watch Great British Bake-Off or something. Anyways, enjoy the movie. It’s out today.
