Beach Slang’s highly anticipated sophomore album, A Loud Bash Of Teenage Feelings, will be in stores on September 23, but thanks to the magic of the internet, you can now stream the whole thing on NPR’s website. The album is a follow-up to Beach Slang’s very well-received debut The Things We Do To Find People Who Feel Like Us (this band loves its wordy titles), and that NPR story says this new album is “a spiritual descendant of The Replacements” and a “sonic cousin” to The Gaslight Anthem and Japandroids. NPR also says the album “rattles the rafters with grace, power, and concision,” all of which sounds pretty good.

Beach Slang is also touring behind A Loud Bash Of Teenage Feelings, making a bunch of stops across the U.S. followed by a handful of dates in Germany for some reason. The album art for Teenage Feelings is below, along with the full list of tour dates. Once again, you can stream the whole thing at this NPR link.
