Solo stomper Scott H. Biram has long been touring the world, bringing the drunk, grizzled masses his dirty brand of country rock. His latest record, Nothin’ But Blood, doesn’t hit stores until Feb. 4—just in time for Valentine’s Day!—but A.V. Club readers can get an exclusive first listen to the whole thing right now, below. The record is Biram’s ninth, and fifth for Bloodshot Records, and finds the Austin-based exploring the worlds of sludge metal, Whiskey punk, and even gospel. It’s a bit of a departure for Biram, but one that his fans will probably be willing to take along with him.

Biram has a number of tour dates on the horizon, all of which are listed below.

Nothin’ But Blood can be pre-ordered over on Bloodshot’s site.
