Since word came back in January of a forthcoming Pearl Jam documentary directed by Cameron Crowe, fans have eagerly speculated on what exactly the film would look like. A new two-and-a-half-minute trailer for Pearl Jam Twenty offers some clues: there’s an odd Q&A between David Lynch and Eddie Vedder, tons of behind-the-scenes footage (apparently drawn from 1,200 hours of video from the past two decades), and testimonials from peers like Chris Cornell.

Pearl Jam Twenty opens at the Toronto Film Festival on Sept. 10; a theatrical run follows Sept. 20. Or you can see it at home for free Oct. 21 on PBS as part of American Masters.
