As the plague of little wizards descends upon America, the publicity's already a tad sour for Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling. Early reviews from The New York Times and the Baltimore Sun, though mostly quite friendly, have prompted Rowling to say: "I am staggered that some American newspapers have decided to publish purported spoilers in the form of reviews in complete disregard of the wishes of literally millions of readers, particularly children." Lower in the story, the talk gets even more exaggerated, with a publicist calling the review "very sad," and, the article continues: "She likened the events in the United States to the Boston Tea Party." Take note, history book writers: The Stamp Act, the Boston Fucking Tea Party, and The Day The Papers Reviewed Harry Potter early. (Reuters)
