Positive No doesn’t do things the easy way. Having braved a number of lineup changes, and two of its founding members having faced harsh health scares during its existence, that its debut full-length, Glossa, is actually being released this week is a triumph. The record, which sees Positive No pull influence from bands like Velocity Girl and, at times, Silversun Pickups, is a bouncy indie-pop LP that isn’t shy about digging into fuzzy riffs. The A.V. Club is streaming all of the J. Robbins-produced Glossa below in advance of its release on September 18 from Little Black Clouds and Negative Fun Records.
