It’s clear that the producers of upcoming kaiju-smash-em-up Godzilla: King Of The Monsters know that they’ve got more assets on their side this time than just a big lizard with a dyspeptic temperament; why else would they be careful to center the first teaser trailer for their new film around Millie Bobby Brown, making her feature debut after psychically stealing the first two seasons of Netflix’s Stranger Things?

Of course, you’d be forgiven for not knowing this was a Godzilla trailer at all, since it focuses entirely on Brown’s character, Madison, hanging out in a bunker somewhere and trying to reach out to the mysterious “Monarch.” (Not that one.) Some quick Googling (and the knowledge that Brown’s been attached to the long-delayed sequel to Gareth Edwards’ 2014 Godzilla for more than a year) makes the trailer’s true identity pretty clear, though. Godzilla: King Of The Monsters is currently scheduled for a May 31, 2019 debut.
