Whether it’s spinning or barre or pole, for many trend-chasers keeping up with the hottest new workouts is just as, if not more important than, staying healthy and fit. Thankfully, in a visit to Busy Tonight, Bless This Mess and Childrens Hospital star Lake Bell clued us in to the next big movement in fitness: funky fencing.
Bell and Busy Phillips clearly know what they’re doing, having already sorted out fitness’ most important component: the merch. Properly outfitted, the two go through all the fencing exercises that Bell can remember from when she was 10 years old. “Don’t you feel kind of like you’re doing salsa in an alternate universe?” Bell asks.
