Yesterday a jury handed down a guilty verdict in the attempted murder trial of actor Shelley Malil, best known for playing Steve Carell’s SmartTech coworker Haziz in The 40-Year-Old Virgin. He was found guilty of both attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon and now faces 16 years to life in prison.
