It looks like West Covina is getting yet another new resident who happens to be a very talented singer, with Entertainment Weekly reporting that Josh Groban will be joining the cast of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend for the CW show’s upcoming third season. Star Rachel Bloom subtly teased this news yesterday in an Instagram post:

The Entertainment Weekly story says that Groban will be playing “a mysterious and helpful stranger who will sing in the show,” which means it’s possible that he’ll be some kind of dream ghost instead of just another handsome boy. He’s going to sing either way, but it would be weird to expect anything else from either Crazy Ex-Girlfriend or Josh Groban.

The series will return to The CW for its fourth season on October 13.
