Jenny Slate may be starring in her own pilot for FX. Details are sketchy about what’s happening right now, but Deadline is reporting that the Kroll Show star is switching from a regular to a recurring role for the second season of FX’s Married because she’s in talks to “topline” her own program. That untitled pilot is being written by two of Slate’s buddies and collaborators, Gillian Robespierre and Elisabeth Holm, who she previously worked with on the much-acclaimed Obvious Child. Given how much cred and attention Slate garnered for that role, the pilot seems like a smart move for the actress, who has also appeared on Parks And Recreation and House Of Lies.
