Back in October, we reported that Renée Zellweger had signed on to star in Rupert Goold’s Judy, the first big-screen biopic about classic cinema icon Judy Garland. Now, the movie’s official twitter account has shared an image of Zellweger in costume as Garland, holding a microphone and singing some touching ballad. In our previous story, we noted that the movie will take place in 1968, just a year before Garland’s death, when she was performing a series of concerts in London. Specifically, it sounds like Judy will follow the Walk The Line route a bit, focusing on Garland as she prepares for a sold-out show at the Talk Of The Town nightclub.
