Deadline reports that British newcomer Melanie Liburd has been cast as the Red Priestess in Game Of Thrones. The up-and-coming actress has appeared in small roles on The Grinder, Stalker, Dracula, and CSI.

As we know, Carice Van Houten plays Melisandre, the incarnation of the Red Priestess—or Red Woman—who has already been introduced on the show and is most people’s hope for a solution to that whole Jon Snow…situation. It’s unclear whether Liburd’s Red Woman will replace Melisandre, or if there will just be two Red Women running around making weird witch stuff happen. Liburd’s casting is the latest in a series of season six casting announcements that have hit before winter even has a chance to come: The Babadook star Essie Davis has also been cast in the upcoming sixth season as a member of a Braavosi acting troupe who plays an exaggerated version of Queen Cersei—as if the wonderfully wicked Cersei needs embellishment—in The Bloody Hand, a play satirizing the death of King Robert Baratheon, UnREAL’s Freddie Stroma will play Samwell Tarly’s hot brother, and Pilou Asbæk will play Euron Greyjoy. Deadwood’s Ian McShane has been cast in an unspecified role.

Game Of Thrones is currently shooting in its many globe-spanning locations and will return for its sixth season in spring 2016.
