Chloë Sevigny will follow Big Love with a jump to another TV series, playing the lead in Hit And Miss, a new drama from Shameless and State Of Play creator Paul Abbott that will find Sevigny playing a transgender hit-person whose career is momentarily derailed when she finds out that she fathered several children when she was still a man, baby. So far the six-episode series is only set to debut in the U.K., but there’s a strong possibility it will eventually make its way to HBO or Showtime. And with the transgender angle, Deadline is implicitly comparing it to a spy movie spin on Boys Don’t Cry, but you’re probably already formulating Crying Game-meets-Brown Bunny jokes, so we won’t stand in your way.
