In honor of Back To The Future’s 25th anniversary [pause for Edvard Munch-like scream as the reader reflects upon his own encroaching mortality, and the fact that he will likely never see flying cars or a government-regulated weather system in his lifetime], select AMC theaters will screen a digitally remastered print of the film in more than 40 cities on October 23 and 25. Go here to see if your city is on the list. Attendees will also receive a commemorative poster and other movie-related giveaways, as well as the brief consolation that the Back To The Future they’re watching is not a 3D remake featuring, say, Justin Bieber, but rather pure, uncut ’80s nostalgia, none of that stepped-on shit.
