Following the apparent success of the Live Earth concert series, we learn through AllHipHop.com that artists ranging from REM to Herbie Hancock will play what looks to be the biggest Daniel Pearl Music Days yet. The event began in 2002 to commemorate reporter Daniel Pearl, who was kidnapped and killed in Pakistan. This year's, running Oct. 1-15, will reportedly span 1,500 concerts in 67 countries.
