It has been a little more than four years since we last reported on the future of the Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants series, but with everything that everyone used to like gradually being resurrected, there’s no better time to talk about the return of those magical jeans that somehow perfectly fit an entire group of friends. Alexis Bledel, one of the stars of the original film and its sequel, recently appeared on The Tonight Show and teased that a third movie is still in the works, noting that she had just pitched it and that she hopes it comes together.

Bledel didn’t specifically say who she pitched it to or who else was involved in her pitch—as in, her co-stars Blake Lively, America Ferrera, and Amber Tamblyn—but it seems like it would be impossible to make this happen without the full sisterhood. Speaking of Lively, she also teased that a third movie is in the works, telling Entertainment Tonight that they’ll be able to make it happen by capturing the same fan fervor that helped her husband Ryan Reynolds make his Deadpool movie.
